A letter to Lehman Trikes:  "Thank you for your help in doing the warranty work on my wife's Goldwing Trike.  You referred me to Wild West Motorsports in Greeley, CO.  The people there were very professional.  I talked to the mechanic and was very impressed.  They had a very clean shop and were equipped and prepared to do the work.  The mechanic knew what he was doing and explained what he was going to do.  We keep our bikes very clean, but they still took the time to wash it down in case they might have left a dirt mark on it.  They told us when it would be done and called us right away when they had an unexpected delay.  They then said when it would be done and kept their word.  Something we are not used to (with service departments.)
