"I was the unlucky person on the road and someone else's negligence caused me to wreck my 08 Street Glide that I bought from Wild West Motorsports. I called Jeremy in the service department the morning after and told him what happened. After he made sure that I was ok, he started making plans to pick up my bike. Barely over 24 hrs after the accident, Jeremy had 2 of his associates drive 100 miles just to pick up my bike and take it back to Greeley. " There isn't enough "STARS" in the rating for Greeley HD. I prchased my 08 FLHX Street Glide in January from them. It is the 3rd Harley that I have purchased from Greeley HD in the past year and a half. If I moved out of state, I would drive however far it took just to come back and purchase another Harley from them.
I just had my 1,000 mile service there and once again, a FANTASTIC experience. Chuck (the best HD mechanic that I have ever met) stayed with me after he took it for a test ride and took the time to talk with me and showed and explained a few things to me before he went back in to work on more bikes. Don't know if it put him behind a little, but for the simple fact that he took the time with me meant the world to me and proves that he truly cares about the bikes he works on and the people that ride them.
My hat is off to Steve Larson and his team of "consumate prfessionals" that make each and every experience for me when I come up there (80 miles from where I live) a fantastic experience every time. There really aren't enough words that can explain just how good we as riders truly have it when we purchase and service our bikes at Greeley HD.

" Every aspect of Greeley HD has been great for me. I bought 2 Harley's there last year and I look forward to coming up there every 2,500 miles for my service.
Not only was the price of the Harley's better than anywhere else that I looked, the BEST purchase that I did was get the VIP service plan for both bikes. I have already done 5 services on my 06 Dyna Wide Glide, and it has already paid for itself.
Plus, anytime that I have a question or concern, I will always send an email to either the GM, or the Service manager, and I will ALWAYS get a reply the same day within minutes.
Every department in the dealership has done NOTHING but bend over backwards helping me out with anything and everything that I need. I truly look forward to the 80 mile ride up there for my services. Everyone ALWAYS takes the time to talk with me and ensure that I am taken care of.
I will never purchase another Harley from any other dealership than Greeley HD (My next purchase will be next year for my 08 Street Glide). Everyone in the building is AWESOME.

"I have to write a new comment I bought a 2007 sportser custom and had some problems with the bike at first and then I was vary unhappy with the customer service that I recieved. I got a call from the manager and he was vary helpful I went in and gave Greeley Harley another shot. I am glad that I did the young lady who helpded me with my helmet selection took her time and made sure I was happy with my selection. "I grew up in the area and have been riding HD since the early '70's. I have since moved to Anchorage, AK. and make frequent trips through for the rally in Sturgis as well as just plain runnin' the southwest. (Summers in Alaska are short). I have stopped in for parts and had my Roadglide serviced there. I have found the staff friendly and helpful and never had any problems with the quality of service. I now time my service needs, when in the lower 48, around my visit back to the old stomping grounds. See you in August, I will need a rear tire!"

"I found your store via the web. Looking for a unique gift for my Harley Husband, who's last name is "Greeley". I shopped via phone for a t-shirt, that was received so well, I have purchased more for other family memebers. The gals in your motorclothes dept were absoutley AWESOME !!! So patient as they found shirts in the size I needed and described them.
